Kareivių 5 or MŪNAI by CITUS is a project that will set the standard for the conversion of the entire area between Kareivių, Verkių, Kalvarijų and Lukšio streets. The urban concept of the former warehouse area of the former Wood Centre (Medžio centras) not only proposes a new scale, establishing a perimeter building principle and introducing a clear block structure, but also serves as a starting point for the emergence of public spaces. We believe this part of the city will transform into a lively space, creating a new sustainable environment and merging in the future with the other regenerated spaces in the North Town to create a single whole.
