THE SAFETY GUARANTEE PACKAGE CONSISTS OF TWO STEPS TO REDUCE UNCERTAINTY:

1. An easy start. Make a €3000 down payment and we will accept the rest of the initial deposit in even instalments until the signing date of the notarial deed.

2. A guaranteed journey. In the event that the three major Lithuanian banks do not agree to finance the reserved apartment, you can withdraw from the contract without incurring any losses: the money you have already deposited will be refunded and no penalties applied.

3. A smooth turnaround. If the price of your reserved apartment drops by more than 5% before the notarial deed (as measured by the price index calculated by Ober-Haus, the real estate market valuation and analytics company), and you choose not to proceed with the transaction for this reason, you would not incur any losses: the money you already paid would be refunded, and no penalties would apply.
